CURRENT RESEARCH
The Future(s) of Education Project: Using Participatory Action Research (PAR), distributed education, social media and international participation to change the future of education and answer the question:
“How do we best prepare our children for the world they will inherit?”
PAST OR CONTINUING RESEARCH & CONSULTING WORK
Principal investigator studying online education and mentoring for doctoral students in the field of education and business management.
Research on the use of web based technologies for mentoring doctoral students and other types of professional development: Focused on engagement through social media and web based learning environments across several universities.
5 year project developing local and virtual networks to improve education for students experiencing homelessness or high levels of student mobility across the United States. The WBPD project funded by various education agencies and sponsored by the Colorado Foundation for Families and Children and the Center for Research Strategies, LLC.
