Participatory action research has proven to be both transformational for the participants but also useful to them as they maneuver through the difficulties inherent in complex systems. This category contains snippets and examples of people who have used this process to help many aspects of their personal and professional situations.
Ken Long (who I mentor towards his doctorate as I learn from him as well) produced this video about how PAR helped the US Army improve their education services for their officers.
